TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Information
• Commissions are for personal use only.
• Artworks are considered for commercial use if client has the intent to sell, produce, and distribute the artwork as a physical/digital product. In that case, prices and conditions are different. You shall contact me via e-mail if you intend to use my art for commercial use.
• I may charge more depending on the complexity of the characters design, background or composition you want me to illustrate.
• If I have to finish the commission on a tight deadline, it may be that a fee is added to the final price.
• Changes made in the sketch stage, or even small changes at the start of the lineart and coloring stage will not be charged. However, if i have to make BIG modifications after the sketch is approved, I'll have to charge and additional fee, depending on it's complexity.

As the client,
• You may use the commission as profile picture, wallpaper and post on public viewing platforms WITH proper credit.
• You are not allowed to reproduce the piece in any way for profit. (NFTs, tracing, selling merchandise, etc.)
• Never claim the art as your own.
• NEVER sell the art as a NFT.

As the artist,
• I reserve full rights to the artwork.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission without explanation.

ORDER FORM

Copy and paste the following text, erase what's written between brackets and fill it with your commission details.

Please, send me this order form via email ([email protected]).
Title the email as Commission - [name or username]. Example: "Commission - Ana Favalli".

PAYMENT METHODS

• PayPal only.
• Half (50%) of the payment must be sent before I start working on the project. As soon as it's confirmed, I'll start it. When I finish the commission, I must send the file after I receive the second half (other 50%) of the value.

PROCESS

1. Ordering the commission.
→ You should submit your order containing the information requested in the order form via email, preferably. After analyzing the complexity of the application, I will give you the exact price of the commission and an agreement will be made.
2. Payment Confirmation (1st half)
→ As soon as the payment of the first half (50%) of the value is confirmed, I'll start working on the commission.
3. Sketch
→ I'll start sketching the commission and I'll show you my progress so you can guide me and ask for changes. The sketch will guide the rest of the project.
4. Sketch Approval
5. Lineart, Coloring and Final Art.
→ I'll show you parts of my progress during this stage for minor changes or if I have any questions.
6. Payment Confirmation (2nd half)
→ Confirmation of the second half (other 50%) of the payment.
7. Final Image sent via email or Google Drive.

REFUND POLICY

• 100% refund if I have not started your commission and you'd like to cancel.
• 50% refund if I have already started sketching.
• No refunds if the sketch has been approved and I've already begun working.
• If by any reason I cannot finish your commission and you've already paid, I will refund you 100% the amount.
